Is Africa real or just a photocopy?

The rate at which African leaders copy white leaders speech makes me ask my self if Africa can ever move to a greater level with the kind of leaders we have.
1st it was our own president, the president of Nigeria President Muhammadu buhari copying Obama's speech now its the new president of Of Ghana that is practicing plagiarism "President Nana Akufo-Addo" . If the government of Ghana could go back as far as 1993 to lift a speech by President Bill Clinton of the United States, while another part was also lifted from a speech another US president John F. Kennedy made in 1961 and another part from George Bush too.
I just wonder where we r going with leadership in Africa, I can only say Pray for #BetterLeadershipInAfrica.
