President of the United States Barack Obama met with his successor Donald Trump at the white house on Thursday. Their meeting lasted 90 minutes although Trump said he had expect to meet with Obama for only 10 minutes.
Obama described his meeting with Trump as very encouraging while Trump described Obama as a very good man.

Andy Murray says he feels "very proud" to become the first British singles player to be world number one since computerised rankings began in 1973.
The Scot, 29, needed to reach the final of the Paris Masters to replace Novak Djokovic - and did so when Milos Raonic pulled out before their semi-final.
Murray won Wimbledon and Olympic gold in 2016, reached 11 finals in 12 events and won a personal record 73 matches.
"I never thought I'd be number one in the world," he told BBC Sport.
"It's been many years of work to get here. It's been such a difficult thing to do because of how good the guys around me have been."
Murray, who has won three Grand Slam titles, two Olympic gold medals and helped Britain win the Davis Cup in 2015, will be officially confirmed as world number one when the revised rankings are released on Monday.
Novak Djokovic had topped the rankings for 122 weeks, and completed his career Grand Slam by beating Murray in the French Open final in June, his 12th major title.
Djokovic also won this year's Australian Open, and Murray said: "The year that Novak has had, barring the last six weeks or so, has been incredible.
"The year I've had to have to barely get there has been unbelievably difficult. I've had to work extremely hard."
Roger Federer (17) and Rafael Nadal (14) have won a combined 31 Grand Slam titles, many coinciding with Murray's rise through the rankings.
He will play John Isner in Sunday's Paris Masters final, after Raonic pulled out with an injury to his right quad. Isner beat Marin Cilic 6-4 6-3 in the semi-finals.

CEO Mavins record, Don Jazzy, has again proved his genius by revealing earlier today, that he had signed former Triple MG star, Iyanya, to his label.
Speaking on the deal via a statement, the ace producer attributed it to Iyanya’s “versatility” saying:
“From the first time I stepped into the studio with him, there was an instant chemistry and energy. He is an amazing talent and he has great musical versatility.
“This is an exciting time for us and our fans have a lot of great music to look forward to. Iyanya brings his own unique style and sound to the Mavin Records family.”

Former Manchester and Northern Ireland football star, Philip Mulryne has been ordained as a deacon in the Catholic Church. The 38 year old who earned 27 caps for his country and also represented Norwich, Leyon Orient, King’s Lynn and Cardiff City was ordained by the Archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid Martin, on Saturday and is now a member of the Dominican Order.
The former Central Back that started his career in 1996, where he played with David Beckham, Ryan Giggs and others before retiring from football in 2008, will be officially ordained a priest in 2017.

Xiaoli, a woman from the city of Shenzhen in southern China, who is from a poor home and the oldest child in her family asked each of her 20 boyfriends to buy her a newly launched iPhone 7. The woman who is the breadwinner of her family, got all 20 iPhone7 phones and then sold all of the phones to a mobile phone recycling site called Hui Shou Bao for 120,000 Chinese yuan (about £14,500), and used the money to put down a deposit on a house in the countryside.
Her friend, Qiaoba shared the story online, wrote in her blog post that when Xiaoli showed her new house to their group of friends, they were all very surprised when she revealed how she had managed to obtain the money for the deposit.
"Everyone in the office is talking about this now," wrote Proud Qiaoba, "Who knows what her boyfriends think now this news has become public." Proud Qiaoba added that Xiaoli "is not from a wealthy family.
Her mum is a housewife and her dad is a migrant worker, and she is the oldest daughter. Her parents are getting old and she might be under a lot pressure hoping to buy them a house... But it's still unbelievable that she could use this method!"
Many people on China's microblogging site Sina Weibo were impressed at Xiaoli's enterprise and ability in convincing her 20 boyfriends to each buy her the phone which was only recently launched, on 16 September of this year.
A hashtag #20 mobiles for a house' quickly began to trend on Weibo, and became the country's top trend. It has now been used in excess of 13 million times.
Many social media users, have expressed admiration for Xiaoli.

"I can't even find one boyfriend. She can actually find 20 boyfriends at the same time and even get them to buy her an iPhone 7.

BBC Trending reports that they approached Hui Shou Bao and a company spokesperson confirmed that they had indeed bought 20 iPhones from a female client at the beginning of October and paid 6,000 Chinese yuan (about £725) for each one.
However, Xiaoli refused to speak with BBC Trending.
The Faggae Outpost of the Kano State Hisbah Board (Sharia Police) on Monday, said it has began the prosecution of 11 women who were found drinking, smoking and romancing with men who are not their husbands, vices which are contrary to the Sharia legal system.
According to Malam Salisu Umar, the Commander, Special Services of the board, the suspects, including four divorcees with kids and a three-month-old pregnant woman, were apprehended around the Sabongari area during a special patrol conducted by the Fagge local government office of the Board.
"The suspects are females between the ages of 21 and 24 and were apprehended around midnight at beer parlours in Faringida and Abedie Road in Sabongari. We have brought them before a competent Sharia court for prosecution," he said.
Umar disclosed that the suspects were taken to court after which the case was adjourned till November 14th, 2016. They are currently awaiting trial at the Central Prisons, Kano.
He said the state had been practicing the Islamic legal code that prohibits such act of immorality, stressing that the board would intensify its efforts to patrol identified flash points, arrest and prosecute whoever engages in vices. Source: Daily Trust
